A short word on where I come from
I did not start in a coaching chair. I started as an Army officer. I was at the Pentagon in the hours after September 11. I deployed to northern Iraq. I learned about leadership in places where being out of alignment got people hurt.
That is the lens I bring. Real stakes. Plain language. No theory for its own sake.
